Pemphigus probably foliaceous or IgA associated. Favour the first one due to paucity of neutrophils but with pemphigus anything can happen... The Young age of the patient is particular

Forgot to add P herpetiformis but of course without clinical info a dx of superficial pemphigus should be rendered as Mona suggests

Favor IgA Pemphigus because of neutrophilic infiltrate. There is a regenerate epidermis over the bullous damage...

The last picture (bottom right) shows an eosinophil.  The top two panels are IgG.  There was also some C3 in the lower portion of the epidermis, but it didn't photograph well and I didn't include it.  Pemphigus foliaceus.
