Argee, but I found the endothelial cells too much hobnail for this diagnosis. Had never seen a case like this.

:)I've seen a few and they look microvenular lesions to me. See Mark's other cases 1039 and 1308.  Beginning to think it's Marks favourite diagnosis! :rolleyes:
