I think of sebaceoma.

Hyalinized stroma reminds me of moth eaten appearance.submitted tissue seems to be superficial and i can't evaluate the depth.in some cases,distinction from sebaceous carcinoma is difficult and preferred to recommend total excision of the lesion.

I would favour a sebaceoma. Agree with Arash's comments above. Has a very nodular pattern of growth, and hence would consider other basaloid tumours with sebaceous differentiation, and do apprpriate IHC.
