Apocrine (lipomatous) mixed tumor...not sure about circumscribed boundaries in these figs, to rule out an atypical mixed tumor, but favour a benign lesion.

The malignant mixed tumors are usually definitely atypical in epithelial component ( and so in mesenchymal one off course ), otherwise this case is mildly atypical in stromal component. Not sure about stromal cell mitosis in fig3. I think these features are still consistent with benign mixed tumor spectrum.

Agree with apocrine mixed tumor with lipomatous metaplasia.

there is something intriguing in the stromal component...so I'm thinking also of an odd Ameloblastoma or Adenomatoid odontogenic tumor as DD....waiting for final diagnosis!

Very boring diagnosis I'm afraid, of cutaneous mixed tumor. Has some v well developed areas of cartilage and fat, quite interesting. No concerning atypical features for malignancy. Skin limited and relatively superficial.

The diagnosis may not be exotic but the multi-varied appearances of these mixed lesions surely are!
