I was going to call it angiomyofibroblastoma. I think there is some similarities between angiomyofibroblastoma and cellular angiofibroma. May be it is better to be called cellular angiofibroma as Vincenzo said especially with the interesting article he has cited.

Yes, cellular angiofibroma my first thought too. The vascular pattern is quite typical.

I think CA is a reasonable diagnosis according to the bland spindle cell population associated with numerous small- to medium-sized blood vessels, ER positive and RESEMBLING MAMMARY TYPE ANGIOMYOFIBROBLASTOMA.

Yes we thought this was cellular angiofibroma and Raul was consulted by e-mail too and agreed with our diagnosis.

ER seems to be positive in around 2/3rds
