Agree with DPN for me the superficial parts looks rather more like a banal nevus. So I would have called it combined nevus with banal and DPN components

I go with combined nevus, a common nevus overlying a deep penetrating nevus.

Yes, there is indeed a superficial component of a usual banal naevus and the rest is a typical deep penetrating naevus.
