Sebaceous adenoma, Muir-Torre associated?

Appears to be a lobulated sebaceous neoplasm with predominant mature sebocytes.

i think of sebaceous adenoma,too.

Agree with Raul and Arash: Sebaceous Adenoma, large and cystic, probably MT-associated.

agree with sebaceous adenoma. Mature sebocytes appear to dominate over immature germinative cells (ie >50%), which favours sebaceous adenoma over sebaceoma. 

Needs exclusion of MT.

sebaceous adenoma. Patient had a large undetected colon carcinoma that was discovered after we made the same diagnosis as above and recommended work up for Muir Torre.
