Cellular angiofibroma/angiomyofibroblastoma like tumor of male genital tract. I expect desmin to be negative in this case but even if its positive, the clinical history (male sex, topography) and the overall lack of perivascular epithelioid cells, and bundles of capillaries would still make me support cellular angiofibroma over angiomyofibroblastoma

i'm thinking also to a reactive condition, "massive localised lymphedema"-like ( obesity? ) Because it looks like a myxoid liposarcoma without any lipoblasts...

Cellular angiofibroma fits well with location and histopathology.

can we see plasmacells in it?

I'm struggling with this lesion, probably because i don't know enough the "Cellular Angiofibroma" ( i know only the giant cell angiofibroma and I'm not able to make fit this with the above images )...so for talking of something different i thought also of an odd histiocytoid hemangioma (ALHE).
