This case is truly a bang...but also too difficult for me. There are banana shaped brown deposits resembling ochronosis (hydroquinone creams? ), but it's very difficult to distinguish the other material: ? oxalosis

? sulphuric material on a old healed wound, treated with hydroquinone...

Definitly foreign body reaction plus possibly exogenous ochronosis and calcification on top!!!

This is actually shrapnel from an old war wound.  The last two images show that polarization of this material.
