acanthoma with neutrophils

this is very classical

Yes, clear cell acanthoma. But I would like to add as a differential diagnosis the Verruciform Xanthoma .It is also common in the scrotum and presents with acanthosis, neutrophil exocitosis and dermal papillae alongation, but we would see xanthomatous histiocytes. Not on this case, however.

Igor you need to re-visit 2030, 2205 and 1028. In VX you get rather distinctive warty hyperplasia and "odd" keratinisation. This case does not have those distinctive features. Warm regards.
