User Feedback

A well circumscribed basaloid and pigmented tumor, with lobular growth and follicular differentiation, without apoptosis or peritumoral mucin, but with some epithelial-stromal retraction ( a tricky finding ). There is a subtle peritumoral stromal component, fibroblastic and PMB-like. So I favor Trichoblastoma, probably developed in a sebaceous nevus.
