Well done !

 

En coup de sabre (ECDS) it is ! A rare form of localized scleroderma that typically manifests in children and women. It presents as a fibrous pansclerotic plaque extending in a bandlike distribution on the frontoparietal scalp with surrounding scarring alopecia.
