Subtle sebaceous differentiation, basaloid palisaded and IHC...agree with Mona

Agree with Mona. As Vincenzo has suggested there is a suggestion of subtle sebaceous differentiation in occasional cells.

Nodular BCC with monstrous nuclei (AKA pleomorphic BCC).  Does not appear to carry any ominous behaviour as far as I am aware. Nice IHC. I always run EMA which should show a completely negative EMA in BCC (excluding foci with squamous differentiation).  Hint hint!

Agree with pleomorphic BCC.

Had just put a comment on Richard's case and am now seeing his hint….maybe yesterday's case is a BCC too!!
