Although cells dont look spindle I would favour here myopericytoma. My main differential diagnosis is glomus tumor but the cells dont have the typical features. Here a nice article remarking the main differentials of myopericytoma

In fig 3/4/5 I have the impression of an abortive stromal perivascular hyalinization myofibroma-like, so totally agree with Raul: gloms tumor-like Myopericytoma.

Cells do look glomus like but the silhouette of the tumour does not fit. Agree with Raul.....Thanks for the link :)

Myopericytoma would perhaps be the preferred name (4th edition of the WHO Classification of Tumours of Soft Tissue and Bone has already adopted this terminology) for some tumors that are likely to lie on a continuum, since they show perivascular myoid differentiation and share many morphologic features.

Are there any clear defining features between glomus tumor and myopericytoma? because it seems like a glomangioma to me.
