Beautiful traumatic pacinian neuroma. However slightly concerned that the last pic shows some epithelioid cells around the corpuscle? Or am I over imagining! :(

Sasi might be on to something! (also in image 3, although quite low power).....maybe a cytokeratin to see if those are epithelial in nature, in which case this could represent re-excision perineural invasion along with a traumatic neuroma.

Nice! I don't favor those are epithelial cells but IHC can't hurt

Well done for recognising the traumatic pacinian neuroma (which I had under-appreciated). I'd just put it in the slide collection a few years ago as a nice example of prominent pacinian corpuscles and a bit of a curiosity but Raul made the diagnosis during his visit on a rather pale slide!  Nice we can still learn from each other.
