?Epidermolisis bullosa acquisita with negative DIF

Minimally inflammatory subepidermal blister with negative direct immunofluorescence. Epidermolysis bullosa acquista and bullosis diabeticorum are favored.

Cell poor subepidermal bullous process, possibly bullosis diabeticorum.

Please, Dr Limin, what's the diagnosis of case 1826?

I think with negtive DIF, I will favor diabetic bullae

Thank you for the insightful discussion.  This is a cell-poor subepidermal bullous dermatitis with negative DIF. The patient has a long history of poorly-controlled diabetes. This is bullosis diabeticorum. I agree with you with profound respect!

Sorry for not providing my diagnosis in a timely manner. I just posted it in this case. It's a genital psoriasis. Thank  you for reminding me!
