This tumor composed of  uniform small spindle cell with plump nuclei, storiform pattern, honeycomb appearance...So this is a DFSP.

Agree with dfsp, cells in pic 2 and 3 have a more primitive look and the pattern looks more fascicular and herringbone. I think it would be important to check cd34 in those areas as I think this is fibrosarcomatous transformation. The tumor is 10 cm too so that is another alarming feature

Agree with DFSP. 

I see a herringbone pattern in fig2, too; but there isn't any cellular crowding, increasing atypia or pleomorphism, or other changes of tumoral dedifferentiation. So my spot diagnosis is of classic dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans.

CD34 was diffusely positive.  DFSP with fibrosarcomatous transformation.
