Apocrine papillary cystadenoma ( atypical site ).

Apocrine hidradenoma. Looks similar to a case I had around 2 months ago. Shown to and diagnosed by Almut Böer-Auer 

Can't see the whole lesion but there are slits and mucin, other differential mixed tu.

There is quite some hyalinized stroma between the epithelial component. In addition, the latter has morphological heterogeneity with a predominance of oxyphilic cells. So considering these aspects, my diagnosis is solid-cystic hidradenoma with predominance of oxyphilic cells. If there are doubts concerning  the differential diagnosis between this entity and apocrine papillary hidradenoma we can perform IHC to highlight myoepithelial cells (absent in the former) although I think it would be pointless.

Agree, hidradenoma. 

Solid-cystic hidradenoma, much more cystic than solid. Some clues include intracytoplasmic lumen indicative of abortive ductal/glandular differentiation, and hyalinized stroma.
