Fibrous histiocytoma. Immunos with factor XIII a and CD34 to rule out DFSP

Epithelioid fibrous histiocytoma. Agree with Anil, CD34 is mandatory.

Agree with the collegues. But I would perform CD34 and CD10 (or Factor XIIIa).

Cellular dermatofibroma vs DFSP for CD34. The dx based on these pictures is not that straightforward for my eyes

I agree with everyone's comment. The differential diagnosis is between DFSP and cellular DF.  CD34 was performed and it was strongly and diffusely positive. The case was signed out as DFSP.
