Looks like the tumor is not deeply infiltrative. So I do not think it's a MAC. Agreed with syringoma.

Yes.  Syrigoma.  No clear cells in this case.

Yes, syringoma. The superficial part of a MAC can mimic a syringoma, but I think in the 1st image, the lesion looks to be fairly circumscribed and superficial.
