68 year old male with “sebaceous cyst of the scrotum”.

Totally agree. At a glance it may look like a glomangiomioma but after a careful observation my spot is chondroid syringoma. Nice calcification of chondroid stroma.

Mixed tumor.  This one has a lipomatous component and extensive chondroid metaplasia (with focal ossification as well).

Good case! Hard to see myxoid stroma but chondroid helps. Mixed tumor.
