Lymphocyte satellitosis (lymphocytes abutting an apoptotic keratinocyte in the epidermis or appendages) is characteristic of GVHD and also drug reaction.

Acute GVHD vs drug eruption. In this case, a drug eruption is favored as the patient started a new medication and the transplant was about a year ago.
