Phillip McKee - All right and all wrong!! Although with the clinical history and histological features, bullous pemphigoid is the most likely diagnosis, the final diagnosis would depend upon immunofluorescence including split skin studies since linear IgA disease and inflammatory epidermolysis bullosa acquisita are in the differential diagnosis. Unless a miracle has occured, we can exclude pemphigoid gestationis! Have a great weekend. See you on Monday. Phillip
