Spindle cell lipoma.

 

You're probably right, but don't forget some patterns of DFSP.

 

 

Agree. Spindle cell lipoma. Proliferation of spindle cells,fat cells,myxoid stroma with thickened collagen bundles(rope sign: second photo from right I guess).

My first impression was also spindle cell lipoma
