The patient is a 55 year old white woman with a shave removal of an enlarging and occasionally painful nodule, present for years, taken from the right superior helix. Clinical Diagnosis: R/O IFEP.

FSCH (folliculosebaceous cystic hamartoma) with excess adipose tissue in the stroma.

Agree. I think this is the edge of a folliculosebaceous cystic hamartoma.
