I FAVOUR MYXOFIBROSARCOMA - MALIGNANT FIBROBLASTIC LESION WITH MYXOID STROMA, PLEOMORPHISM AND CURVILINEAR BLOOD VESSELS; ALTHOUGH THE PATIENT MAY BE A LITTLE YOUNG. DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: LOW GRADE FIBROMYXOID SARCOMA; LOW GARDE LEIYOMYOSARCOMA; LOW GRADE MPNST AND SYNOVIAL SARCOMA (MONOPHASIC).

Excellent. Myxofibrosarcoma is correct. The curvilinear vessels are such a useful diagnostic pointer.

Again I am late because of the meeting but I want to say that I also diagnosed this is myxofibrosarcoma... Very nice images.. Has been a tough day today with unusual cutaneous lymphomas and challenging mesenchymal tumors...
