41 year-old male with facial lesion, clinically thought to be a squamous lesion. The patient is a jailer. The lesion appeared about 2 months ago, around the time the patient was treated for testicular torsion.

Agree, leishmaniasis, owing to the "Marquee" sign (microorganisms lining up along the periphery).

Leishmaniasis. Yes, this is a Texas resident. The organism is Leishmania mexicana.
