Agree, unusual adult presentation and unusual cytology, mildly atypical, like Letterer-Siwe in children or Hand Schuller Christian... cpc important in thi case. Has the patient any bone lesion or diabetes insipidus or exoftalmos? HSC disease involves adult people sometimes.

Yes, LCH. Unusaual presentation in an adult. Beautiful coffee bean and reniform nuclei.

Yes, agree with all. LCH.

Patient has a know longstanding history of LCH with pituitary involvement.
