HIGH GRADE MALIGNANT TUMOUR WITH AN EPITHELIOD MORPHOLOGY. I FAVOUR MERKEL CELL CARCINOMA. DDx INCLUDES: (1) MELANOMA; (2) LYMPHOMA - LARGE CELL NON-HODGKIN; (3) SEBACEOUS CARCINOMA; (4) METASTATIC CARCINOMA. I WOULD NEED IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL STAINS TO DIFFERENTIATE.

Dear All, thank you once again for your contributions! The final diagnosis is Merkel cell carcinoma, however, as indicated a metastasis should be excluded with appropriate immunohistochemistry.
