Description: Developed in response to requests by dermatologists who had attended the ASMS Fundamentals of Mohs Surgery course in the past. Closure course represents 2 days of intensive didactics that will focus on closure considerations for dermatologists who are already performing skin surgery (including Mohs) and whose primary interest is improving their techniques for closing surgical defects.

Description: Program provides a specialized forum in which dermatologists and technicians may learn the basic principles of Mohs surgery and related histopathology. The overall goal is enhanced patience care in the treatment of skin cancer. Course contains much practical information concerning Mohs practice set-up, patient scheduling, insurance coding and reimbursement, and CLIA-OSHA considerations. Microscope lab features over 500 Mohs cases for review.
