This evidence-based course has been developed for the beginning/intermediate colposcopist. This course is also of benefit to clinicians who received their initial training 5 years ago or more and thus need an update as to changes based on the NCI ALTS data, the 2006 national Consensus Guidelines for the Management of Women with Abnormal Cervical Cancer Screening Tests and the Management of Women with Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia or Adenocarcinoma In-situ, and new concepts about HPV screening and triage, treatment methods, and HPV epidemiology. It is designed to improve competencies in medical knowledge, practice-based learning, patient care, and/or systems-based practice. The participant should be a licensed physician or advanced practice clinician who has attained an advanced clinical degree from an accredited institution and who makes gynecologic diagnosis and management decisions.

Description: The 5th annual T-cell Lymphoma Forum is a 2½-day meeting focusing on the latest information on novel agents and treatment approaches. The Forum, cochaired by Francine M. Foss, MD, Owen A. O'Connor, MD, PhD, and Kensei Tobinai, MD, PhD, will be held at the Park 55 Wyndham, San Francisco, from January 24-26, 2013. Drs Foss, O'Connor, and Tobinai have developed a very comprehensive program intended to update attendees on all the latest findings about T-cell lymphoma, including topics such as epidemiology, prognostic markers, pathobiology, and treatment strategies and advances. The T-cell Lymphoma Forum provides just the platform for attendees and world leaders in TCL to gather and exchange ideas and information to improve outcomes for this patient population. Plan to join our distinguished international faculty for this informative program. This meeting is intended for hematologists, oncologists, and other clinicians and scientists with an interest in T-cell lymphoma. We look forward to that having you participate in what we anticipate will be a very stimulating program.
