Case 1045 (H. Diwan) A 40 year-old male presented with a cyst on his left hand.
Low-grade tumour of modified fibroblasts, typically on distal extremities.
Myxoid matrix, numerous inflammatory cells of all types. Large, bizarre tumour cells sometimes engulfing inflammatory cells.
