Case 331 (P. McKee) Male 82 years, scaly lesion on forehead

Case 3057 (R. Carr) M45. Lower lip. h/o SCC lower lip 5 years ago. ?Actinic lichenoid cheilitis, Actinic lichenoid cheilitis / SCCIS

Confirmed as such. Aberrant weak cytoplasmic p16; graded, wild type p53; Ki67 similar in areas of actinic cheilitis and reactive mucosa.
