Case 1959 (R. Carr) F70. Nose. Lentigo v Lentigo maligna

Looked like a melanocytic dysplasia to me, but block-like full thickness dysplasia of epidermis in favour of Bowenoid AK rather than LM.  Low threshold for using Melan-A (with red chromogen) or MiTF/SOX-10 to distinguish between LM and pigmented AK.
