DD: spread from local salivary gland tumour; met from breast ca.; adenoidal BCC
Case 103 (P. McKee) Primary cutaneous adenoid cystic carcinoma
Basaloid cells in cribriform pattern with mucin-filled cystic spaces.
Case 658 (P. McKee) Male 72 years with indurated plaque on head.
Only two (medium and high) power views visible. Glandular, syringoma-like structures showing slight nuclear pleomorphisim. Ducts contain mucin.
Case 688 (P. McKee) 62 years-old female, lesion on arm.
Nice example with cribriform pattern of basaloid cells showing a syringoma-like pattern filled with mucin.
Case 1338 (M. Hurt) The patient is a 48-year-old woman with a biopsy from the left ear. Clinical Diagnosis: cholesteatoma.
