Case 1695 (R. Carr) F90. Tibial ridge. ?BCC

Deeply infiltrating thin cords in a fibrous stroma.  Cords show moderate nuclear pleomorphism, squamoid cytoplasm and ducts.  RC thought this intermediate grade cf DD: 

DD: Porocarcinoma with squamous differentiation ; SEDC; MAC
