Case 1740 (R. Carr) F60. Elbow. Persistent eczematous eruption with vesicles exterior limbs. ?Acute eczema.  ?Drug eruption.  DD: ?Prebullous pemphigoid.

Spongiotic dermatitis with Langerhans’ cell pseudo-Pautrier abscesses – a clue to allergic cause (this one was neomycin-induced) (cf 1730)
