Non-inflammatory hair loss. Typically doubled scalp thickness resulting from expansion of the subcutaneous fat layer in the absence of adipose tissue hypertrophy or hyperplasia. Features not well shown here. Very rare syndrome mainly seen in black females with thick, boggy scalp and hair loss.
