Case 765 (H. Diwan)  F 52  dimpled soft plaque on back. 

Widened spaces between collagen fibers and, after elastic stain, one can see fragmentation and loss of elastic fibers. 

 

Case 1504 (H. Diwan)  F 27  lesions both cheeks 

Secondary to acne.  Subtle widening of space between collagen fibres.  EVG – can’t see any elastic fibres.
