Case 2558  27.4.20    (IH Chaudhry)  M 75 painful nodule arm. 

Paper from Fletcher et al in 2011 looked at series of cases of “cutaneous leiomyosarcoma” and found low rate of metastasis.  Redesignated them as AISMT.
