Axillary granular parakeratosis (Hyperkeratotic flexural erythema)

Case 4326  21.8.23 (M Abdel-Halim) F 36 long-standing axillary rash 

Parakeratotic hyperkeratosis, hypergranulosis, papillomatosis. 

Uncommon, flexural rash with characteristic histology.  Tends to peel off like pellagra. Perhaps provoked by benzalkonium in cosmetic or laundry products.
