Case 1388 19.10.15 (M. Hurt) M 88 cheek

Expansile blue tumour with ulceration. Peripheral palisading but no retraction or mucin. Prominent hyaline membrane. Cords of basophilic cells showing infiltrative pattern similar to morphoeic BCC. Most thought desmoplastic trichilemmoma, but BerEP4 +ve; CD34 (for trichilemmoma) –ve.
