 Case 2099  22.6.18  (R. Carr)  M 62 n-l fold ?BCC 

Striking maze-like rippled pattern which suggests BCC or sebaceous lesions. 

BerEP4 ++; CD56+; CD10+ve periphery of lobules (favours BCC); EMA -ve. Merkel cells (CK20) -ve – rarely seen in BCC.
