Case 851  20.9.13  (R. Carr)  M 85 scalp papule 

BCC component strongly BerEP4 +ve.  Surrounding sarcomatoid stromal reaction well circumscribed around the BCC without evidence of independent invasion.  Markers negative for separate sarcoma.
