Case 905 6.11.13 (R. Carr) M 80 non-healing lesion lower leg

Background of striking gravitational vascular changes. PEH looked very suspicious of early SCC. Small focus of BCC confirmed by Ber-EP4. PEH associated with BCC can be very striking.

Case 1944 10.11.17 (R. Carr) M 40 bleeding neck mass

Focally infiltrative highlighted by BerEP4. Some thought basi-squamous carcinoma, but RC reluctant to make this diagnosis (about 1% of BCC’s).
