Case 839 4.9.13 (H. Diwan) M 59 recurrent ulcerating popular lesion forearm. H/O travel to Caribbean

Blue-staining granules in tetrads suggesting cocci. Surrounding Splendore-Hoeppli phenomenon.

Case 1594 4.8.16 (H. Diwan) 2 year-old with knee mass

Struggled to make much of this. Inflamed fibrovascular tissue with associated amorphous pink mass lacking cellular detail. Some thought Splendore-Hoeppli.

Case 2860 23.6.21 (H. Diwna) F 73 upper lip lesion

Neutrophilic basophilic microabscesswith surrounding eosinophilic material. Splendore-Hoeppli-like.
