Case 1620  9.9.16 (R. Carr)  M 85 frontal ? solar lentigo ?LM 

Subtle histology with lack of maturation and dyskeratosis.  Marked basal layer pigmentation.  P53 full thickness, and ↑Ki67 show extent of abnormality , not easily seen on H+E.
