Case 1604   18.8.16 (A. Bakshi)  F 40 dry, brittle hair 

Bubbles randomly spaces in medulla of hair shaft.  Caused by overheating/grooming techniques.  Different appearance to alternating light and dark bands seen in pili annulati.
