Case 879  31.10.13  (H. Diwan)  F  51 pruritic, white vulval lesions 

Pseudohyphae orientated vertically – characteristic of Candida. 

 

Case 2625  29.7.20  (H. Diwan)  F 63 vulval rash 

Psoriasiform hyperplasia, neutrophil exocytosis and neutrophilic parakeratosis.  I think there are some hyphae visible on image 4 

 

Case 3065  6.4.22 (H. Diwan)  F 57 itchy perineal rash 

Tangentially cut epidermis. Parakeratotic stratum corneum showing vertically orientated hyphae visible on H+E.  No PAS confirmation.
