Case 1512  11.4.16  (M. Hurt)  M 97 bleeding lesion pretibial 

Biphasic tumour with epithelial cords (SCC-like and pancytok+ve) and mesenchymal sarcomatoid spindle component resembling AFX.  Lots of IH done to determine type.
